These Blue Ceramic Rings for Oil Burning/Diffusing are very ingenious. They are intended for 60 watt or less bulbs, even 25 watts will work. You fill the Ring with Oil and set it right on Top of the Light Bulb. This must be done with the Light Bulb Off, and be careful not to spill any Oil on the Bulb.
