This 1951 Chevy Pick Up 1:24th Scale is a nice heavy die cast piece by Jada and of the Street Low series. The trucks are two toned and there are three separate but similar models. One model includes Simulated Wood Railings, simulated wood truck bed and Sun Visor with a chrome peak. This Model includes Flaring Fender Skirts in the back that barely clears the bottoms of the tires. It also has flaring wide chromed running boards and chrome spoke rims with white wall tires. In addition it has the out dated exterior chromed motors for the windshield wipers and the exterior wind propelled exterior air conditioner. It even has a police style chrome Bumper Guard. Open the hood and you will find a realistically reproduced mock straight six with the elevated carburetor/air filter. Also in addition it has a side mounted spoke wheel with a chrome cover, opening doors, and a working tail gate with chains. At this time this model only comes in Green with Brown, and Brown with Black. Model 2 has the chrome peak sun visor, spoke wheels, opening doors, working tail gate with chains and opening hood with the chromed straight six as well. This model only comes in Silver with Black only. Model 3 lacks the sun visor but has the simulated wood truck bed minus the rails. It has opening doors, working tailgate with chains, and opening hood with the chromed straight six as well. This model is the only one with chrome mag wheels as opposed to the spoke rims. It only comes in Black with red flame detailing. All models are free wheeling. These models are of limited quantity at this time. Approximate dimensions of this piece are 8.5” Long x 3” Wide x 2.75” High 1.1 lbs.
